Diamond & Co. were instructed on behalf of our client, as Administrators, to undertake a project recovery service in connection with the above-mentioned property.  

The property comprising 24 King Street, Stirling is located within Stirlings Conservation area and has been vacant for a considerable period of time.  Diamond & Co. were instructed to attend site, inspect and prepare recommendations for immediate emergency remediation works and subsequent works packages required moving forward to allow the property to be brought to market.

As part of our instruction, Diamond & Co. applied survey technology in the form of laser scanning to prepare detailed and accurate floor plans.
