Diamond & Co. provided dilapidations representation on behalf of our client, the Landlord, in connection with circa 6,500sqft of industrial accommodation.
Our involvement consisted of initial survey, dilapidations appraisal and subsequent discussions and negotiations with the outgoing Tenant’s surveyor through to conclusion.
