Diamond & Co. were instructed to undertake initial technical due diligence (TDD) Consultancy services and thereafter survey and prepare a fully detailed Schedule of Condition which was appended to the leasehold agreement.
To provide added value to our client, Diamond & Co. undertook a thorough laser scan of the office accommodation and prepared accurate drawing information to assist our client in space planning and maintenance considerations moving forward.
